Employeedirt.com - Complain about your job

If you are looking for a job that never pays you for the work you do, a job that has no job security. A boss that has no respect for basic human decency and no concept of what hard work really is than this is the job for you. I never got paid the hours that I worked and when I actually complained about it I was told to shut up or I would lose my job. The president of this company has no sense of design however he wants someone "very creative and have a eye for design" . The owner of this franchise location is absolutely the worst boss ever. If you are not a "yes" man you will not last a month. My boss also cut hours from my paycheck and when confronted about it denied the whole thing and placed blame on everyone else that he could. They do not pay overtime wages. Stay the hell away from this company because its only a matter of time that they will be filing for bankruptcy.
